Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you contact us, you share the information you choose to give: your name, email address, company, what you are interested in, and the message itself. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. The contact form sends the information you enter to FormSubmit, a third-party form service used to relay enquiries to [email protected] by email. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and usage, including pages viewed, interactions, and traffic sources. Google receives analytics data through its Google tag. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information to communicate with you, provide our services, and understand and improve how visitors use our website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Learn more about Google Analytics cookies and Google's privacy policy. Our content delivery network may receive standard technical data like your IP address as part of serving the site.
Data retention
We keep correspondence as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. Contact form submissions pass through FormSubmit; FormSubmit's own documentation states that it retains form submissions for 30 days, and it publishes a privacy policy. That is what FormSubmit publishes about itself; we have read it, and we cannot audit or enforce it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
